Ceneri di Pietra is a videomapping installation created in Castelmezzano, Basilicata in collaboration with Livia Borzetti. The work grew from a week of collecting local legends, wild herbs, rocks, sounds and stories from the landscape, transforming them into moving light, poetry and quadraphonic sound.
Projected directly onto the cliffs, the piece returns these borrowed fragments to the mountain as an immersive, multisensory experience shaped by the place itself.
